Round-up: sandals for summer!

I can’t wait for the summer time and to be able to set my feet free! I love me some fuzzy socks [don’t get me wrong, I have a drawer full of ‘em] but there’s something about feeling the sun on your toes that just sits so right in the soul. I live in sandals once the weather is in the glorious 20’s and this year I rounded up all my favourite styles for y’all, I can’t wait to share! From flats to wedges and everything in between – let’s do it! I will forewarn you that there’s a ton of Sam Edelman in this roundup because I was drawn to many of the styles this season but don’t worry they’re all super cute picks. OH and most of these pretty sandals are also currently on sale!

Flats & flip flops

I love the pop of colour that boasts on the first strap! Super on trend for spring and very affordable!

These give me major 90’s vibes.

How cute are these flip flops featuring a big ‘ole heart detail! Right up my alley.

The use of colour in the layers that add texture as well has me sold on these vegan babies.

I love anything coral for the spring and summer, such a pretty colour.

These braided sandals are trending hot right now and for good reason, they’re chic yet simple and go with everything.

Because tie-dye is back, that’s why.

Everyone needs a simple flip flop and I love the muted pink colour of this pair!

Another staple pair that are super neutral and easy to style.

These stroppy sandals are flirty and fun yet chic as heck. I love that the straps are skinny as opposed to the regular size you usually see on this type of style.

Back for another season are these Steve Madden sandals! Last year they were trending all summer and it’s rolling over into this season as well!

Wedges & heels

I love the gold buckle detail on this pair and that the heel isn’t sky high – you could wear these super casual or dress them up with a cute romper.

Obsessed with the tan/neutral colour of these gorgeous strappy heels.

Love the colour of this pair as well and the braided feature gives off major boho vibes.

Probably my favourite find are these Steve Madden wedges that feature rhinestone straps that are the perfect width!

Okay I’ve officially passed away. These are everything. The use of colours & tones, the overall design of the sandal, and they look so comfortable.

Wish list

I’m a big believer in investing in yourself and in the things that bring you joy – that’s why you should definitely splurge on at least one item per season. Higher priced items can be intimidating but they tend to last for a really long time because they’re made with genuine products so for me that’s what makes it worth it. Here’s my wist list for higher end sandals:

Chloé's 'Woody' slides are made from layers of white canvas that's overlapped and printed with the brand's moniker in graphic black lettering. They rest on a slight heel and have a chic square toe. Slip them on with everything from slouchy tailored separates to floaty skirts and dresses.

CHLOE – Woody Logo-print Canvas Slides – White / Chloé / $350

Chloé's Woody sandals are casually stylish. The leather sole is crossed by three straps adorned with the logo.

Woody sandals / Chloé / $375

Dolce Vita Women’s Paily Braided Double Strap High Heel Sandals / Dolce Vita / $120
